BLiS™ Hardwood Smoked Bourbon Maple Syrup

As a mapler, I seek high quality small batch syrup. This was a real treat! Highly recommended; the smokiness added a complex and new flavor and was great on French Toast, and would be terrific on many other dishes.

My teen is a picky eater but loves this syrup, especially on waffles. Also, fast and well packed shipping.

Just re-ordered the Smoked Bourbon Maple Syrup after we finished our first bottle in record time. It's fantastic in dressings, with grilled portobello mushrooms as a glaze, over fresh summer corn fritters, poured over bacon, and drizzled on domestic caviar and latkes. Customer service at Blis is phenomenal - great company with fantastic products!

Amazing twist on the standard Blis maple syrup. Really enjoying this for breakfast and as a base for vinaigrettes.
