Most sauces, roe and tuna products are gluten-free. Although the spice rubs are not made with flour, they are packaged in an establishment that uses flour so they cannot be classified as gluten-free. Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Soy and Hardwood Smoked Barrel Aged Soy are not gluten-free.
All BLiS products should be refrigerated after opening, with the exception of BLiS Blast Hot Pepper Sauce, vinegars, salts, and rubs.
No, our products are made in a nut-free establishment.
Yes, we are committed to producing high-quality products that are aged in only the best bourbon barrels. We were actually the first business to experiment with and master the bourbon barrel aging process for kitchen ingredients. We’ve been perfecting this process since before it became a popular trend, and it shows. Our barrel aging processes are focused on developing the best flavor above all else. We’re confident you’ll be able to taste the difference between our authentically aged products and others using subpar bourbon barrels and aging methods.
