Description

This reserve sherry wine vinegar ages for 1 year in the BLiS “Double Solera” aging process in small batch single barrel Kentucky bourbon casks that once housed our BLiS maple syrup. This unique aging process lends an enhanced sweetness and intense wood, orange peel, vanilla, and butterscotch flavor to our sherry wine vinegar.

    I bought this at fancy grocery for a lot more money and it was worth every penny. A simple sauce I make is just labneh cheese and sherry vinegar. I use it with my harissa carrots and chicken. wow just wow. The nose and the finish are a wonderful sherry.
