We have aged this unique blend of hot peppers for up to a year in seasoned oak barrels that once held Kentucky bourbon, BLiS maple syrup, and Founder’s Kentucky Breakfast Stout. The result is a complex hot pepper sauce with a kick of chilis combined with hints of chocolate, maple, hops, garlic, vanilla, wood and spice in one giant blast of umami.
This is the perfect hot sauce for creating delectable buffalo hot wings, bloody mary's or enhancing any dish you use hot pepper sauce as an ingredient.

Just the right blend of heat and flavor!
The first time I had Blis Blast was in a restaurant and I had to get some for home. I use it on every thing. Just the right amount of heat to compliment the flavor of the food.
Very savory taste, with just enough heat. I mix this in with smashed avocados for avocado toast, add it to taco meat, mix it into soups and stews, and lots of other things. Adds a soft but firm kick without the sting and bite of most other hot sauces.
It is such a pleasure to experience "Blis". The unique combination of heat with hints of maple syrup and bourbon. A great start to every morning with a teaspoon with my V8 juice as well as over Mexican food and other dishes. Provides a sophisticated kick to everything.
Since I discovered this sauce a few years ago I've used it in or on everything, eggs, my chili recipe, my steak taco marinade. Everyone I've introduced it to loves it. I keep extra bottles in my pantry, as gifts for guests visiting from out of town.
You are missing out on a bigger market, my fervent wish is to find blis blast in restaurants in 4 Oz bottles, or even in squeeze packs for carry out. I can't stand having to use the watered down flavorless competition. C'mon guys, this is an easy lift for a big payoff.
