We teamed with Yamato Soy, one of the best shoyu producers with over a century of brewing experience, to bring you our bourbon maple barrel-aged soy sauce.    This non-GMO soy sauce is aged in Kanazawa Japan in Japanese tradition for one year, then aged for another year in BLiS tradition with our twenty-year-old maple-cured bourbon barrels.    The results are flavor notes of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, spice, and oak with a viscous umami kick. Aged in our cured bourbon maple barrels, this limited batch of Harwood Smoked Soy Sauce has been smoked with Michigan cherry wood for several days to infuse a subtle but definitive smokiness that sets BLiS smoked soy apart from all the others. To represent the use of cherry wood and honor the Michigan cherry farmers, we have produced a label made from cherry wood.   The raw product, Yamato Soy,  is the same shoyu that we use for all BLiS soy sauce products.
