Aged in our cured bourbon maple barrels, this limited batch of Harwood Smoked Soy Sauce has been smoked with Michigan cherry wood for several days to infuse a subtle but definitive smokiness that sets BLiS smoked soy apart from all the others. To represent the use of cherry wood and honor the Michigan cherry farmers, we have produced a label made from cherry wood.
The raw product, Yamato Soy, is the same shoyu that we use for all BLiS soy sauce products. Aged in Kanazawa Japan and then imported to age in our proprietary aging process, this non-GMO soy brings to the palate flavor notes of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, spice, and oak with a viscous umami kick.

The hardwood smoked soy sauce is incredibly versatile, and it's partially that way because it is so delicious. The nuanced smokiness adds depth to a dish that other soy sauces don't. We absolutely must have a bottle on hand at all times. It is that good!
