Quarantine Cake

Citrus-kissed almond cake made with BLiS maple syrup, topped with fresh grapefruit glaze.
Quarantine Cake Method
Cream eggs and sugar to fluffy.
Combine all other ingredients.
Beat to smooth.
Bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
Remove and cool.
Combine sugar to grapefruit juice. Pour over cake. Allow to set. Slice. Serve.
