Ingredients:

1 tbsp juniper simple syrup
2.5 oz gin
2.5 oz tonic
1 tbsp freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice
1 tbsp Grapefruit soda ½ tsp BLiS Yuzu vinegar
Fresh Meyer lemon wedge

Method:

Combine simple syrup, gin, tonic, and Meyer lemon juice in a glass with ice. Stir.

Top the drink with a floater of grapefruit soda and BLiS Yuzu Vinegar. Garnish with Meyer lemon wedge.
