We have aged this unique blend of hot peppers for up to a year in seasoned oak barrels that once held Kentucky bourbon, BLiS maple syrup, and Founder’s Kentucky Breakfast Stout. The result is a complex hot pepper sauce with a kick of chilis combined with hints of chocolate, maple, hops, garlic, vanilla, wood and spice in one giant blast of umami.
This is the perfect hot sauce for creating delectable buffalo hot wings, bloody mary's or enhancing any dish you use hot pepper sauce as an ingredient.

I stumbled upon this at a local pizza place/restaurant. I was hooked immediately and had to find out where they got it! Luckily Meijer has it and it’s a regular item for me now. They can barely keep it in stock at the restaurant either! I use it for my tacos on taco Tuesday, wings, pizza. I haven’t discovered it bad on anything yet. Love this sauce. Not too hot, just right, and great flavor.
I LOVE hot sauce and have tried millions of them (well, figuratively!) BLIS is my favorite of all time. I put it on EVERYTHING! Fish, cottage cheese, in red sauce, in chili, on fruit, you name it, I put BLIS on it.
There should be some way of describing this other than simply calling it hot sauce. I have been into spicy foods and sauces for over 30 years and nothing else I have ever found compares to this. So much more than a hot sauce. Yes there is a very nice heat and pepper flavor in this sauce, but there is so much more to this.
Maybe the best review came from my wife. She has a much lower tolerance to heat than I do but she really liked this sauce. At one point while we were eating and she continued to dip her chicken strips in the sauce she said "my mouth is burning and my eyes are starting to water but it tastes so good I can't stop eating it".
