Returns

DAMAGED PRODUCT:
Please email a photograph of damaged merchandise and shipping container to returns@blisgourmet.com.

Once we have reviewed the damage and verify that the damage occurred during shipping we will replace the exact merchandise free.

PRODUCT RETURN:
If you are not satisfied with BLiS products for any reason we will refund your purchase. You will need to send photo of unused product to: returns@blisgourmet.com. We will then issue you your refund for the purchase price excluding shipping.
