This quick and tasty recipe was made in collaboration with The Chef's Garden.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chef’s Garden fancy carrots, peeled
to even thickness - 1 tbsp and
- 2 tsp BLiS Moroccan Spice Rub
- 1 tbsp BLiS Bourbon Barrel Aged Fish
Sauce - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp BLiS Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple
Syrup
Directions
- Coat peeled carrots in extra virgin olive oil
- Sprinkle 1 tsp BLiS Moroccan Spice Rub
to cover carrots - Place in shallow roasting pan
- Roast in oven at 385 degrees F until
tender but firm - Remove from oven, add 2 tbsp BLiS Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple
Syrup to carrots, return to oven and roast an
additional 5 minutes - Remove from oven, toss whole carrots in
1 tbsp BLiS Bourbon Barrel Aged Fish
Sauce - Place in serving dish, sprinkle remaining
teaspoon of BLiS Moroccan Spice Rub over the top
and serve hot
