Grilled Lamb Chop Ingredients
- 2 pounds lamb chops
- ¼ C BLiS Moroccan Spice Blend
- Kosher Salt for sprinkling on the meat
Grilled Lamb Chop Instructions
- Heat the grill between 550-600 degrees
- Sprinkle the chops with a little salt
- Rub the spice blend into each chop
- Place on the grill, 3 minutes on each side depending on size
- Remove from the grill, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let rest for 8-10 minutes
