As summer heats up, we’re excited to introduce you to the Yuzu Crusher, the ultimate refreshing cocktail of the season. Made with our beloved Yuzu Vinegar, this drink is perfect for enjoying the great outdoors, whether you’re camping, picnicking, or simply relaxing in your backyard.
Juniper berry simple syrup:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp roasted and crushed juniper berries
3 tbsp sugar
½ cup water
¼ cup BLiS Yuzu Vinegar
Method:
Combine ingredients in saucepan and simmer 15 mins. Let liquid cool to room temp,
strain.
Cocktail:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp juniper simple syrup
2.5 oz gin
2.5 oz tonic
1 tbsp freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice
1 tbsp Grapefruit soda
½ tsp BLiS Yuzu vinegar
Fresh Meyer lemon wedge
Method:
Combine simple syrup, gin, tonic, and Meyer lemon juice in a glass with ice. Stir.
Top the drink with a floater of grapefruit soda and BLiS Yuzu Vinegar. Garnish with Meyer lemon wedge.
