Let's Make Some Grilled Hot Chicken Wings
Grilled Hot Chicken Wings Ingredients- Rinse and pat dry 5 pounds of chicken wings
- 2T BLiS Blast Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 cup BLiS Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup BLiS #9 Sherry Vinegar
- 2T brown sugar
- 2T salt
- 1T black pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1T granulated Garlic
- 1T smoked paprika
- Half bunch celery cut thinly
- 1 Julienned red onion
- 1/2 T stone ground mustard
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1t sugar
- 1 t BLiS Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 1 t garlic oil
- S&P to taste.
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 cup BLiS Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup
- .5 cup water
- .5 T molasses
- 1.5 T Dijon mustard
- 1.5 T salt
- .5 T white pepper
- .5 cup roasted garlic
Grilled Hot Chicken Wings Process
- Marinate 1 hour in your chicken win marinade
- Lightly grill wings then place into a pan large enough to fit all wings without them being on top of each other and add remaining marinade.
- Bake at 350 covered for one hour. Remove from pan and toss with BLiS Blast and butter.
- Top with celery slaw
- Drizzle the BLIS Maple Aioli
